Even the lettuce container was nearly empty and I went back twice to check if it had been refilled. Half the buffet service was empty and caked with dry food. The restaurant was not the cleanest and the salad bar was sad. It was our first time there but not our first time having the Brazilian Steakhouse experience. I took our sons, my husband and my mom here for fathers day using Living Social coupons. Which is customary when things go bad in a restaurant. He didn't offer anything to make It better. He was trying to brush me off but I made my point to him and let him know was staff was terrible and so was the food. I did ask to speak to a manager again and when I did he didn't seem to care about what I said. ![]() Overall the food was sub par, definitely not worth the wait, don't waste your time here. They didn't have the grilled pineapple like other places, Agorra's in Newport Beach is amazing! Go there instead. There was another steak that was good but way too salty. The lamb was disgusting it tasted like a handful of herbs and it was tough. Once we sat the meat started coming around. I kept asking the hostess when we were going to get seated, I guess after constantly asking a table magically became ready! Weird how that worked out. I asked to speak to a Manager, he never came out. The hostess kept saying our wait would be short. Don't know what the point of the reservation was. We had reservations at 8:30 we didn't get seated until 9:15. It was bad from the moment we walked in, brought some friends to try Churrascaria for the first time, this place made me look bad. I am In the hospitality industry and this place is in need of a staff makeover including management. I've been to many brazilian BBQ place as before and know what to expect. ![]()
